Junior 3-On-3 basketball tournament Registration

Requirements:

Fee: $25 per team. This fee can be paid either via Givelify (Mt. Zion Church of Deliverance JACKSON) orVenmo @MtZion517.

Payment Instructions: If using Givelify, please choose "Other" for Gift Purpose. Then, under "Add Message", please specify that this payment is for the 3-On-3 Basketball Tournament.

If using Venmo, please specify in the "What's this for?" section that this payment is for the 3-On-3 Basketball Tournament.

Team members must be 4-10 years old.

Liability Waiver

Get ready for an action-packed day of basketball at Zionfest! By filling out this form, you confirm as team registrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have permission form each child's parent/guardian for each child to play. The parent/guardian of each team child takes responsibility for their child(ren)'s own safety and agrees not to hold Mt. Zion Church or its affiliates accountable for any injuries or damages that may happen during the event.

Game Rules

The Junior Games will take place from 12:30-1:30.
10 minute clock.
First to 12 or highest score when the time is up.
Games are 1’s and 2’s.
Games are Straight Up.
In the event of a tie, when the time runs out, it will be first team to score.
Ref will call the calls.
Half court games.
The games will be winners (meaning if you score, you keep the ball).
Teams make their own subs.
Delay of game will resort in a turnover.
Teams will have 24 seconds to score before a forced turnover is called.
Arguing with refs can lead to penalties such as team disqualification, single player ejection for duration of the game, etc.
No foul language, 3 warnings before ejection. Kid friendly environment.
